‘Who‘ से प्रारंभ होने वाला प्रश्न वाक्य Present Continuous Tense में है। ऐसे वाक्यों को Passive Voice में बदलते समय वाक्य को By whom से प्रारंभ करते हैं तथा ‘being’ के साथ verb की third form का प्रयोग करते हैं।

Interrogative (प्रश्नवाचक) Sentence का Passive Voice भी प्रश्नवाचक में ही बनता है। प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य का पहले साधारण वाक्य बनाते हैं, तत्पश्चात उस वाक्य को Voice के नियमानुसार Passive में बदलते हैं। उसके बाद उस वाक्य को प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य में बदलते है। जिन प्रश्नवाचक वाक्यों में do/ does/did का प्रयोग होता है उनमें do/does /did के स्थान पर,Object (कर्म), Number (वचन) और क्रिया के Tense के अनुसार am/is/are/was/were आदि का प्रयोग करते हैं।
